If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. Contact help@jigsandco.com to initiate a refund. Items must be in new and unused condition in it's original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. After recieving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the reciept of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processes.

We ship via UPS Ground and provide flat-rate shipping price of $75. Delivery is typically 3-5 days. We also offer free pickup in the Medina, OH area.
